How do I place an order?
All orders are placed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Do you deliver internationally?
No, we currently deliver only within Pakistan.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
No, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days.

Why did my item disappear from the shopping bag?
Adding to the bag doesn’t reserve the item. If another customer checks out first, the product may go out of stock.

Is my package insured?
Yes, orders are insured until delivered. Proof of delivery is required at your address.

Can I change/cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled before dispatch. Prepaid orders may be cancelled within 7 days.

How do I track my order?
A tracking ID will be sent via SMS/email once your order is shipped.

What’s your return/exchange policy?
We don’t offer returns/exchanges under normal circumstances. Faulty/damaged products may be exchanged or compensated with store credit.

Do you offer refunds?
No refunds are offered. Only store credit is provided if a return is approved.

Do you offer repairs?
Yes, complimentary repairs are available within 1 year of purchase.

Do you have gift cards?
Not at the moment.
